Key Responsibilities

1. Take overall responsibility for project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that project objectives are achieved.

2. Lead customer relationship management and development, gain an in-depth understanding of customer needs, and drive the expansion and renewal of business cooperation.

3. Coordinate project team management, including resource allocation, task assignment, performance evaluation, and capability development.

4. Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and risks, and develop and implement appropriate mitigation measures in a timely manner.

5. Coordinate internal and external resources, resolve key issues and conflicts throughout the project lifecycle, and ensure smooth project execution.

6. Regularly report project status, operational data, and market insights to management to support business decision-making.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized university, with 6+ years of relevant work experience.

2. Familiarity with ERP system implementation processes and methodologies.

3. Hands-on experience in ERP implementation projects, including but not limited to Finance or Supply Chain modules.

4. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

5. Proficiency in using Microsoft Visio and similar tools to design and document business process flowcharts.
