Recently, the “CSGIA Financial Committee Visits Listed Companies – Beijing Session” and the “2025 China Listed Companies Internal Control Case Collection Results and Exchange Event” were successfully held at the Yonyou Industrial Park in Beijing, co-hosted by the China Listed Companies Association and Yonyou Network Technology.
At the event, Fan Guanjun, Executive Vice President and CTO of Yonyou Network, delivered a keynote speech titled “Enterprise Intelligent Transformation with Yonyou BIP.” In his presentation, he systematically elaborated on Yonyou BIP’s unique native “AI × Data × Process” integrated architecture, highlighting how this innovation reshapes business and management processes, activates data value, and enables one-stop AI application implementation—helping listed companies and many other enterprises accelerate intelligent transformation and build new “smart productivity.”

01. Yonyou BIP Achieves Native Integration of “AI × Data × Process”
Digital-intelligent transformation has become essential for enterprise survival and growth, and Yonyou BIP (Business Innovation Platform) is at the heart of this revolution. Fan Guanjun explained that as Yonyou’s strategically invested, next-generation enterprise software platform, BIP was born for the intelligent era. Since its launch, it has continuously evolved—transforming enterprise software from a traditional “tool system” into an “intelligent business partner.”
The newly released Yonyou BIP 5 builds upon an innovative digital-intelligence architecture, powered by a unified base—iuap—that connects intelligent business processes, enterprise data clouds, and AI capabilities. This realizes a native integration of “AI × Data × Process” and a closed-loop of intelligent applications, truly accelerating enterprise AI adoption.

The Yonyou BIP Enterprise AI Suite is a one-stop solution matrix that includes an intelligent platform, general AI services, and domain-specific AI services. It features four key traits: a unified intelligent base, seamless business integration, reliable outcomes, and security compliance. It provides a variety of intelligent agents capable of addressing complex enterprise-level scenarios and unlocking AI value in real-world business and management contexts.
Among them, “Zhiyou” (SmartMate) serves as a general-purpose AI agent—a unified intelligent entry point for every employee. Fan predicted that in the future, each employee may be assisted by multiple intelligent agents: by simply sending a command to Zhiyou, the agents will automatically retrieve data and complete assigned tasks. Every company employee could eventually enjoy support from a dozen or more such “digital coworkers.”
Meanwhile, internal “Super Groups” within enterprises can automatically summarize discussions, issue reminders for pending tasks, and enhance collaboration efficiency. Compared with previous generations of software, the Yonyou Intelligent Workbench has been greatly optimized—what once required manual data input across each process is now embedded with intelligent and data-driven capabilities at every step, dramatically simplifying operations and boosting efficiency.
Fan emphasized that enterprise intelligence evolves through two closed loops: “from data to intelligence” and “from knowledge to intelligence.” Only by fully activating the value of data can intelligence truly take root.
Enterprise data includes both internal operational data and external, heterogeneous, and socialized data. Yonyou BIP empowers enterprises to build private-domain intelligence based on their proprietary data, turning data assets into enterprise intelligence that drives business value.
For example, companies can use Yonyou BIP for sales forecasting, data simulation, and other analytics to support decision-making and optimize business processes—creating a positive feedback loop of “Data → Decision → Process.”

The value of intelligence is maximized when it is deeply embedded into business processes. Currently, Yonyou has developed 14 categories of end-to-end business processes, covering over 2,500 enterprise scenarios, embedding intelligent capabilities throughout, and providing enterprises with a comprehensive, scenario-driven transformation framework.
Fan further introduced that native integration is Yonyou BIP’s global competitive advantage in enterprise software. Architecturally, it realizes:
• AI × Data × Process integration – embedding data and intelligence into core workflows.
• Platform × Domain × Ecosystem integration – unifying the platform base, domain applications, and ecosystem services, achieving horizontal, vertical, and cross-chain integration.
• Full-stack cloud integration – providing end-to-end services from infrastructure to platform to applications.
This enables enterprises to achieve:
• Horizontal business process integration: connecting R&D, supply chain, production, marketing, finance, HR, and customer management into one unified flow.
• Vertical organizational integration: connecting headquarters and subsidiaries through a single unified system.
• Cross-industrial chain integration: linking internal and external organizations across the entire value chain for collaboration and sharing.
• Scalable enterprise development: one system accompanying the enterprise from mid-size to large and mega-scale growth stages.
02. Yonyou BIP Accelerates AI Application Implementation Across Enterprises
As demand for full-scope digital-intelligent transformation surges, enterprises are increasingly focused on how to implement AI effectively. Yonyou BIP has become the preferred platform for leading enterprises to achieve digital-intelligent transformation and AI deployment at scale.
To date, over 65,000 large and mid-sized enterprises have adopted Yonyou BIP, including Ansteel Group, Baigong Steel, Towngas Group, PetroChina Gas, Eastern Airports, and CIEC Group, all leveraging BIP to realize AI-driven transformation.
At the event, Fan shared several success cases:
• Ansteel Group built an AI-powered decision and optimization platform based on Yonyou BIP, integrating big data and AI models to create more than 20 intelligent agents—covering marketing strategies, price forecasting, equipment failure prediction, meeting analysis, and more—enhancing both business and operational efficiency.
• China XD Group completed full domestic system replacement for its subsidiaries within six months using Yonyou BIP, building a digital-intelligent management platform that covers the supply chain, manufacturing, and finance. System performance and efficiency improved significantly, with monthly cost closing efficiency increasing by over 50% in some subsidiaries.
In recent years, as Chinese enterprises accelerate globalization, Yonyou—having begun its global expansion in 2003—now has delivery experience in over 40 countries and regions, serving more than 1,400 overseas large and mid-sized clients.
Fan explained that Yonyou BIP’s global architecture addresses not only multi-time-zone and multi-language challenges but also builds internationalized business models, including:
• Global Accounting Systems (supporting multi-country compliance),
• Global Technical Engines (covering localized tax, depreciation, and payroll regulations), and
• Cloud Banking Integration for unified global financial connectivity.
For instance, Yonyou established an R&D center in Malaysia to drive localized service innovation, offering 50+ standardized local finance, tax, and HR solutions to ensure compliance. Yonyou BIP supports 12 languages and covers 100+ countries and regions, ensuring native usability and helping enterprises balance global operations with local execution.
As a leader in China’s next-generation enterprise software, Yonyou embraces its mission of the times—accelerating the widespread adoption of Yonyou BIP to empower more listed companies in China to achieve AI-driven digital-intelligent transformation. Through this, Yonyou is advancing the large-scale implementation of AI in enterprises and writing a new chapter of digital-intelligent innovation in China.
