On September 24, Yonyou Europe joined BLUE Conference 2026 in Budapest, bringing together HR professionals, business leaders and industry partners to exchange perspectives on how AI and digital technologies are reshaping human resources and enterprise management.

Representing Yonyou Europe at the event were Waylon Xian, Vice General Manager; Jason Zhu, Head of ABU; and Bill Zhang, Partner Manager, who connected with attendees and exchanged views on the evolving needs of European businesses.

Connecting Workforce Challenges with HR Management Practices

Unlike broader HR events, BLUE places a particular focus on practical workforce management challenges in blue-collar-intensive industries.

BLUE event ecosystem brings together 550+ participants, including HR Directors, Heads of Recruitment, and professionals in Employer Branding, Learning & Development and Recruitment. This event reaches more than 300 unique companies, while the broader recruiTECH and BLUE ecosystem covers more than 450 companies, 53% of which generate over HUF 10 billion in annual revenue.

Speakers from different industries also brought their own practical perspectives. BMW addressed the challenge of finding skilled workers, while Continental Automotive Hungary explored employer branding. Grundfos discussed how workforce shortages can drive technological and process change, alongside other sessions focusing on employee experience, recruitment tools and AI-supported decision-making.

For companies managing large frontline workforces, complex organizational structures and diverse operating scenarios, HR management is no longer limited to recruitment or employee administration. It is becoming increasingly connected with operational efficiency and the broader digital capabilities of the enterprise.

Beyond HR: Connecting Core Business Operations

Many of the topics discussed at BLUE 2026 are closely connected with day-to-day enterprise operations.

For companies in manufacturing, logistics and retail with large frontline workforces, challenges such as workforce scale, complex organizational structures, attendance and scheduling, payroll, recruitment, training and cross-functional collaboration are placing greater demands on enterprise management.

As a result, digital HR is increasingly moving beyond standalone human resource tools and becoming more closely connected with finance, supply chain, manufacturing and enterprise operations.

At the event, Yonyou Europe also exchanged perspectives on digital HR and integrated enterprise management. By connecting workforce management with core business processes, enterprises can further improve data collaboration and management efficiency through a unified platform.

Getting Closer to the European Market

For Yonyou Europe, BLUE 2026 was also an opportunity to deepen our understanding of the local market.

Rather than simply introducing technology and products, we value face-to-face conversations that help us understand the real operational challenges businesses are facing, how their digital priorities are changing, and where AI can create meaningful value.

From Asia to Europe, Yonyou continues to strengthen its global and localized capabilities.

Every conversation with local businesses, customers and partners brings us closer to the market and helps us better understand how global enterprise management experience can be combined with the practical needs of European organizations.

A sincere thank you to everyone who visited the Yonyou Europe booth at BLUE 2026 and took the time to exchange ideas with our team.

The end of an event is often the beginning of many new conversations.

Yonyou Europe will continue to connect with customers, partners and the wider business ecosystem across Europe, exploring new possibilities around AI, ERP, digital HR and global enterprise management.

We look forward to seeing you again soon!
