Dual-centre System
Yonyou Europe has innovatively adopted a dual-centre model. We have established subsidiaries in Frankfurt, Germany, and Budapest, Hungary. Germany serves as the Technology Centre, ensuring both technological excellence and regulatory compliance of Yonyou’s products in Europe, while Hungary functions as the Implementation & Delivery Centre, bringing together a strong pool of delivery talent to support project execution across the region.
This model enables Yonyou Europe to cover the entire European market, deliver high-quality products that meet Europe’s stringent standards, and provide services both to Chinese enterprises expanding abroad and to local European companies.

Yonyou's History
1988
Yonyou was founded in Beijing. In December 1988, Wang Wenjing and his partner borrowed 50,000 yuan as startup capital to establish the Yonyou Financial Software Service Center.
1998
Became the largest accounting software provider in China, achieving the highest market share domestically. At this time, there were plans to diversify the business.
Served 400K+ customers with financial digitalization services and became China’s No.1 financial management system provider.
2003
Overseas headquarters was established in Hong Kong, as Yonyou’s first overseas business division, marking the beginning of its overseas business expansion.
2020
IDC, a globally recognized IT research organization, ranked Yonyou as No. 1 in China’s APaaS market, financial SaaS market, and other enterprise application software markets.
Served 2M+ customers with enterprise informatization services and became the No.1 local ERP provider in APAC (The only APAC vendor listed in the Global top 10).
2022
Released the integrated platform YonBIP v3.0, which serves as a “great pillar” for the digital and intelligent transformation of enterprises.
2023
Yonyou announced its plans to enter Europe, North America, Japan, and the Middle East within three years, covering over a hundred countries, supporting Chinese enterprises’ digital transformation for global expansion.
2025
The establishment of Yonyou Europe’s subsidiaries in Frankfurt, Germany, and Budapest, Hungary, marks the formation of a dual-center structure across Europe. This milestone reflects Yonyou’s growing presence in the region and its dedication to providing localized, intelligent, and connected enterprise solutions for European businesses.
